Promo Mechanics

I. Qualification:

The program is open to all active PNB Credit, Debit, and Prepaid cardholders. Business, Corporate,and Personal Installment Cards are excluded from this promotion.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

1. Promo period is from August 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

2. Cardholders are entitled to get 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt spend of P2,000 and a maximum spend of P4,000 when they use their PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid.

III. How to Avail of Discount:

1. Cardholder must inform merchant that he/she will avail of the PNB Cards Promo.

2. Cardholder must charge the entire bill to their PNB Card in order to avail of the promo.

IV. Terms and Conditions:

1. Promo is valid at the following Shi Lin branches:

2. Early reservation is advised.

3. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items, is non-transferable, and is not convertible to cashor gift certificate.

4. The offer is not applicable on closed dates or blackout dates. Blackout date/s are duringholidays.

5. The offer cannot be combined in conjunction with other promotions or discounts forconventions, exhibits, group bookings, and similar. In case of claims for Senior Citizen Discountunder Section 4 of Republic Act No. 7432, as amended by Republic Act No. 9257, a claimingsenior can avail of the promotional discount or the Senior Citizen Discount, whichever is higher.

6. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant inconcurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

7. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

8. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of PNB Cards are incorporated hereinby reference and made an integral part hereof.
