- There are no charges for going below maintaining balance. PNB TAP Mastercard does not have a minimum maintaining balance but it has a TAP account fee of PHP 15.00/month or PHP 180.00/year
- How do I get my PNB Tap Mastercard?
- Your PNB TAP Mastercard shall be available for pick up at the Branch where you opened the account. Find the nearest PNB Branch Now.
- When do I get my PNB TAP Mastercard?
- Your PNB TAP Mastercard shall be available for pick up at the Branch where you opened the account after 7-10 banking days from the date of account opening.
- Is there a fee when I close my account within one month of account opening?
- Early Closure Fee – applicable to accounts closed within 30 days from account opening is Php 500.00.
- Is there a fee when I do over-the-counter transactions in a branch that is different from where I opened my account?

- Each time you make an online purchase you will be required to enter a One-Time PIN (OTP) to proceed on each of your online transactions using your PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Debit Mastercard. Kindly ensure that your contact details are updated by visiting any PNB Branch. Only your registered mobile number will receive an OTP.
- Are there fees for OTP transactions?
- OTP transactions are free of charge. It shall not be charged to your mobile phone bill regardless of your location and the number of times you transact online.
- What to do when I don’t get an OTP for transactions?
- Expect to receive the OTP via SMS within five (5) minutes. If you do not receive the OTP, you may click the “Regenerate OTP” button to get a new one.
