 Promo Program Mechanics:

 1.This promo is open to New Principal Credit Card applicants who will be approved* for a PNB Diamond UnionPay card within the promo period. Existing PNB credit cardholders and persons with closed/cancelled PNB Credit Card(s) within the last 6 months are not qualified for this promo.

2.Promo period is from August 16, 2022 to November 15, 2022. Only applications approved within the promo period are eligible for this promo.

3.Newly approved PNB Diamond UnionPay principal cardholders who will use his/her newly issued PNB Diamond UnionPay credit card and reach the required single or accumulated minimum spend of P10,000 within the spend period will receive a P5,000 cashback.

4. Customers who meet the minimum spend requirement will receive a notification via SMS and/or Email advisory to inform them that they have qualified for the P5,000 cashback.

7.The P5,000 cashback will be directly credited into the cardholder’s PNB Diamond UnionPay credit card.

10.Standard processing of new to bank application is from 10 to 15 banking days upon receipt of application with complete requirements.

11.Cardholder must maintain his/her newly approved PNB Diamond UnionPay for at least 1 year in good credit standing after receiving the P5,000 cashback. PNB may at its discretion may charge qualified cardholder’s account the amount equivalent to the cost of the cash back if account is cancelled within 1 year from crediting of cashback.

12.Applications are subject to Credit verification and evaluation and Credit Card Terms and Conditions. PNB reserves the right to decline, terminate, or cancel an application and its eligibility to the promo. PNB shall have the sole right whether to disclose the reason for rejection of an application.

13.In case of dispute on Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo, PNB’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by PNB at its discretion.

14.The Terms & Conditions Governing Issuance and Use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part thereof.

15.Any changes to the Terms and Conditions governing the offer are subject to DTI approval.
