Qualifications

  • ✓ Has NO principal PNB Credit Card yet (must be new-to-bank)
  • ✓ Aged between 21-65 years old
  • ✓ Must have a minimum annual income of at least P120,000
  • ✓ Filipino Citizen residing in the Philippines
  • ✓ If employed – Must be a regular employee
  • ✓ If self-employed – Business must be profitable for at least 2 years
  • ✓ If foreign national – You must submit either A or B of the following:
    • A. Passport, Alien Certificate of Residence (ACR), Proof of billing (for non-carded or non-depositor), And any of the following: National ID, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) ID, Social Security Number (SSN) ID, Driver’s License, Work permit issued by DOLE (mandatory requirement) if employed in the Philippines, Company ID issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC
    • B. Passport, Unexpired Philippine Retirement Authority ID (PRA) or Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV), Proof of billing (for non-carded or non-depositor), And any of the following: Bureau of Immigration Approved Order, Certificate of Deposit issued by the Bank where the PRA/Visa is deposited

2Fill-out the online application form and upload the necessary documents.
  • Government-issued photo-bearing ID (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, TIN, SSS ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID) OR Company ID issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by BSP, SEC, or IC)
  • For Employed: Certificate of Employment stating date hired, position, and gross income OR Latest Income Tax Return OR Latest 3 months payslips OR active principal credit card (with at least 1 year membership)
  • For Self-employed: Latest Audited Financial Statements OR Latest Income Tax Return OR Copy of registration papers with DTI or SEC
Note: All BDO cardholder-applicants, will be required to submit copy of the following:
  1. Front panel of the BDO card – to check on the tenure which can be seen in the member since portion. Note that card tenure requirement for carded applicants is at least 12 months.
  2. 1-month Latest BDO statement of account – to check on the CL, recent payment mode (if paying in full or partial), Outstanding Balance, billing address, etc.
  • Government-issued photo-bearing ID (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, TIN, SSS ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID) OR Company ID issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by BSP, SEC, or IC)

4Check the status of your PNB Mastercard Credit Card application in two ways:
  • Go to PNB Internet Banking and click Credit Card Application Status Inquiry
  • Call PNB Credit Cards Customer Service Hotline at (+632) 8818 9818.

    2. Select Sub Option 4 – Other Credit Card Services
    3. Select Sub Option 2 – Application Status
  • Go to PNB Internet Banking and click Credit Card Application Status Inquiry

  1. Promo Period is from October 15, 2020 to March 31, 2021
  2. Standard processing of application is from 10 to 15 banking days upon receipt of application with complete requirements.
  3. To qualify, application must be online via PNB Internet Banking within the promo period.
  4. Once application is approved, applicant is entitled to a P1,500 cash rebate for a usage of P3,000 accumulated receipt within one statement cycle. Usage should be 60 days after card delivery to qualify. Rebate will be reflected in the next billing statement or cycle.
  5. Applications received by March 31, 2021 are still entitled for the cash rebate provided that their usage is within 60 days after card delivery.
  6. Qualified transactions shall be straight purchases, installment purchases, cash advance transactions, bills payment, and online purchases transacted and subsequently posted during the period. Each installment transaction is considered as one transaction amount.
  7. Only new-to-bank, principal approved credit card shall qualify under the promo.
  8. This promo is exclusive to any PNB Mastercard Credit Card approved and with usage within the promo period.
  9. Existing PNB credit cardholders are not qualified.
  10. Cardholder must keep his/her PNB Credit Card for at least 1 year.
  11. Applications are subject to Credit verification and evaluation and Credit Card Terms and Conditions. PNB reserves the right to decline, terminate, or cancel an application and its eligibility to the promo. PNB shall have the sole right whether to disclose the reason for rejection of an application.
  12. In case of dispute on Cardholder’s eligibility, PNB’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by PNB at its discretion with prior approval of DTI.
  13. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions governing the offer are subject to prior DTI approval.
