Overseas Bills Payment System (OBPS)

Through PNB’s Overseas Bills Payment facility, you can pay for yours and your family’s essential and recurring bills, even if you’re far away. Pay for SSS and PAGIBIG contribution and loan payments, real estate down payment and monthly amortization, insurance, credit card bill, among others. Have the assurance and peace of mind that these important bills are paid on time.

How to Pay your Bills with OBPS


Walk-in (Over-the-Counter)

Go to any PNB Overseas Branches or PNB Remittance Branches to pay. Indicate the name of the biller, subscriber number, and make the payment. A remittance transaction receipt will be issued for each successful payment.

Available in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Guam, New York, Los Angeles, Remittance Centers, Inc. (RCI), Remittance Company Canada (RCC), and London.


Bank Transfer (Mizuho Bank)

Credit PNB’s account in Mizuho Bank then fax or call PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya for the details of your payments. A one-time registration with PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya to be a PNB Remittance Member must be accomplished. To register, fill-out PNB’s Remittance Membership form by downloading this from www.pnb.com.ph/japan, attach a valid ID and send these documents to PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya. Once enrolled, credit money including transaction fee to PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya’s regular account and then fax or call for details of payment.

Through Post (Japan Post Office)

Send money through registered money envelope from Japan Post Office to pay for your bills through OBPS with enclosed instructions of payment details and a valid ID to PNB Tokyo and PNB Nagoya.

Phone Remit

Call-in to PNB’s Phone Remit Hotline and give your payment instructions. A one-time enrollment to PNB’s Phone Remit must be accomplished first through phone.

    From the US, call 855-889-7788. To enroll, call the phone remit hotline; provide personal information and answer the specific questions to be asked by our customer service officer. After providing the needed information, you are already allowed to make the first transaction, subject to account validation procedures. However, to make succeeding transactions, you will be asked to send a copy of your valid ID either via mail or email. You may also visit a PNB RCI branch near you to enroll to Phone Remit.
  • London
    From the UK, call 800-2829-000. To enroll, download and fill-out the Remittance Registration Form. Submit certified copy of passport and proof of address and wait for confirmation letter of enrollment. Send these documents to PNB UK.
