How to Avail/Enroll

  1. Visit your branch of account to get the following C@shNet Plus enrollment documents:
    • PNB C@shNet Plus User Enrollment Form
    • PNB C@shNet Plus Terms and Conditions
    • PNB C@shNet Plus Supplemental Agreement
    • PNB C@shNet Plus Pricing Agreement
    • PNB C@shNet Plus System Administrator Form
  2. Submit the signed accomplished forms along with the following documents to your branch of account:
    • Original and notarized Secretary’s Certificate of Board Resolution (Corporations)
    • Original and notarized Partnership Resolution (Partnerships)
    • DTI Certificate of Registration (Sole Proprietorship)
    Note: The resolution should indicate the enrollment to electronic banking services and/or cash management services.
  3. Once enrolled, the nominated users will receive their user credentials through their registered email addresses.
  4. The nominated users are advised to change their passwords immediately after receiving their system generated user credentials.
