- By redeeming through Giftaway, the cardholder is responsible for securing or safekeeping the unique code sent to his/her. PNB will only send the e-Gift key code once and will not be liable for any misuse of assigned code.
- Qualified New-to-bank Principal PNB credit cardholders will receive the e-Gift key code directly from Giftaway’s platform. PNB will never ask for the cardholder’s OTP, CVV and PIN via call, SMS or email in relation to this promo.

PNB reserves the right to decline, terminate, or cancel an application and may or may not disclose the reason for rejection of an application.
- Cardholders who replace, upgrade, downgrade or convert their existing credit cards to another credit card product within the promo period will not be eligible to join this promo.
- All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
