Terms and Conditions
- The PNB GO DIGITAL: Happy Holidays Promo (“Promo”) runs from December 5, 2022 – January 31, 2023 (“Promo Period”).
- The Promo is open to all PNB accountholders who are enrolled in the PNB Digital Banking App or will enroll during the Promo Period.
- PNB Digital Banking App (“PNB Digital App”) users will earn raffle entries by completing eligible transactions in the PNB Digital App as enumerated below. The more transactions, the more raffle entries will be earned.

- Inquiries on raffle entry/ies earned during the promo period shall be provided to the client on a per request basis only. PNB Digital App users may inquire about their raffle entries earned by calling PNB Customer Care at (02) 8573-8888 MM or by sending an email to customercare@pnb.com.ph.
- Winners will be drawn electronically in the presence of a DTI representative online. The Raffle Draw will be held on February 13, 2023.
- Raffle winners will be notified via their registered mobile number, e-mail address, and registered mail (home address) which shall include details of the prize and redemption process. Winners will be required to provide their consent to disclose their name/details to third parties for purposes of promotion, crediting of prize, etc.
- The name of the winning PNB Digital App User will be validated against PNB’s records. A PNB Digital App User will be disqualified from the Promo and forfeit the prize if he/she no longer has an existing banking relationship with PNB within the Promo Period and raffle draw date. In case of disqualification, another winner shall be drawn.
- For the minor and consolation prizes, the amount will be credited to the winning client’s PNB Checking or Savings Account. In case the Digital App User doesn’t have a Checking or Savings account with PNB, he/she will open either a Checking or a Savings Account with a PNB Branch.
- For the major prize, if winner is residing in Metro Manila, he/she can pick up his/her prize at 7th Floor, PNB Financial Centre, Pres. Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Pasay City. If winner is residing outside of Metro Manila, he/she will nominate a PNB branch and will pick up his/her prize at the said branch.
- To claim, winners must present the following:
- A copy of the congratulatory email/SMS sent to their registered contact details
- One (1) valid ID
- In case the major prize winner is unable to personally pick up his/her prize, he/she may appoint another person to do so. Please present a Special Power of Attorney, signed authorization letter, and a countersigned copy of the winner’s two (2) valid IDs. In case the winner is residing outside of the Philippines, the authorized person needs to present a consularized/apostilled copy of the SPA.
- Redemption of the major prizes shall be within 60 calendar days upon receipt of the registered mail/SMS. Otherwise, prizes shall be forfeited in favor of PNB with prior DTI approval.
- Whenever applicable, the 20% tax on prizes shall be for the account of PNB.
- Each of the winning PNB Digital App Users shall authorize PNB to disclose and publish his/her name, including other particulars determined by PNB, and shall participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by PNB in announcing the winners to the general public.
- This Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing bank promotion.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be swapped or exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
- PNB employees, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this Promo. Employees and owners of agency/ies on record of PNB shall also be disqualified from this Promo.
- Any dispute or issue regarding the Promo, including but not limited to the eligibility of a PNB Digital Banking App User or PNB accountholder, coverage dates, winners, prizes, or awarding, will be resolved by PNB. In such case, PNB’s decision shall be final, with prior approval of DTI.
