Mas madali nang magpadala sa iyong pamilya sa Pilipinas. Hindi mo na kailangan pang pumunta sa PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya branch. Pumunta lang sa pinakamalapit na Japan Post ATM or counters at magpadala gamit ang PNB Genkin Kakitome Remittance.
  • Credit to PNB Account – Same day credit upon receipt of money envelope
  • Credit to Other Bank – 1 banking day upon receipt of money envelope
  • Cash pick-up from PNB Branch or Pay-out Partner Centers – Same day credit upon receipt of money envelope
  • Door to Door
    • Metro Manila – 1 to 2 banking days upon receipt of money envelope
    • Provincial – 3 to 7 banking days upon receipt of money envelope

Steps para magpadala via Genkin Kakitome

  1. Ilagay ang pera na ipapadala kasama ng Remittance Membership Registration Form, photocopy ng dalawang valid IDs, at My Number sa loob ng money envelope.
    *Isama na ang remittance fee sa loob ng money envelope
  2. Dalhin ang money envelope sa Post Office at i-send ito sa address ng PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya
  3. Sabihan ang iyong receiver tungkol sa iyong padala

Oo. Pwedeng mag-register through mail by submitting the following:
  • Residence Card Front and Back copy
  • Alien Registration Card Front and Back copy (accepted only for the period where being deemed equivalent to RCD)
  • *Para sa mga Japanese Nationals, mag submit ng Remittance Membership Registration form kasama ng Driver’s License/Health Insurance Front and Back copy or Passport Front and Last page.
Wala, pero kung ikaw magpapadala ng amount na higit sa JPY 100,000, kami ay magre-request ng RMR at photocopy ng iyong valid ID. Para naman sa mga padala na higit sa JPY 1,000,000, kailangang mag submit ng source of funds at purpose of remittance.

Ang pag process ng remittance ay first come first served basis. Ang PNB Tokyo ay hindi makakapag commit ng exact time sa pag proseso ng inyong mga transaction. Ang processing time ng iyong transaction ay naka depende sa oras at date kung kailan namin mare-receive ang inyong padala, instructions, at ibang details na kailangan.
Hindi. Pwede ka magpadala sa receiver na walang PNB Account.
