- Remitter Registration (for first-time customers)
- Biller Enrollment
- Payment
How to pay your bills with us
- Over-the-counter
- Go to PNB Nagoya or Tokyo branch
- Fill out the remittance application form (for first-time customers).
- Provide the name of the biller and your subscriber/ reference number.
- Make the payment and get your transaction receipt.
- Bank Transfer
- Send payment to PNB’s account in Mizuho Bank
- Provide your payment details to PNB via fax or telephone.
- Registered Mail (Genkin Kakitome)
- Send cash payment and payment details to PNB via registered mail. *Please note the ID requirements for new customers making non-face-to-face transactions.
