Mail-In is a remittance service of PNB New York that enables sending of money from the 50 states of United States to the Philippines through Philippine National Bank.

Available funds to be remitted through Mail-In maybe received through the following:
- Credit to a PNB account: Real-time
- Credit to other Banks: 3 Banking Days
- Advise and Pay: 1 Banking Day
- Cash door-to-door: 3-7 Days
What are the Requirements to Send through Mail-In
- Photo copy of two (2) Valid IDs
- US bank – drawn denominated dollar check or a money order from the US Postal Office. The said US drawn check should be made payable to Philippine National Bank or PNB.
- Completed Mail-In Remittance Application Form
How to Send Money through Mail-In
- Download, fill out and sign the form
- Attach a dollar check and photocopy of 2 valid IDs. The said US drawn check should be made payable to Philippine National Bank or PNB.
- Send the mail to New York Manhattan Branch located at 561 Seventh Avenue, 2nd Floor New York, NY 10018.

Amount to be remitted is US$100.00 to be credited to a Peso PNB account in the Philippines, under the Fees and Charges it is US$8.00 for up to US$5,000.00., so total amount to be written on the check payable to PNB is US$108.00.

No need. Postal Money Orders have no clearing period and is treated as Cash. This is recommended if remitters want a faster remittance credit.

You may indicate your Door-to-Door/APAS details in the ‘Account No.’ field found in the 1st page of the Application Form.
