How to Send an eGift
- Visit any PNB Overseas Branch/Office
- Choose a Giftaway merchant and select preferred denomination and quantity
- Fill out a Remittance Application Form
- Pay for your chosen e-gift and service fees
- Your beneficiary will receive the e-gift via text or e-mail

- Choose a Giftaway merchant voucher that you want to send to your beneficiary
- Fill-out a Remittance Application Form and indicate the following information:
- eGift Merchant Name
- Voucher denomination and quantity
- Beneficiary’s Name, mobile number and/or e-mail address
- Your personal message (optional)
- Pay for your chosen eGift plus the service fee. Ask for your receipt and keep it for reference
- Can I cancel my eGift transaction/order?
- Sender is not allowed to cancel the order or change the beneficiary once the payment has been received and/or processed by PNB.
- How does the eGift get to my beneficiary and how long does it take to arrive?
- The eGift voucher is delivered to the beneficiary via email or text message. It is sent as soon as the order is paid and processed by PNB and Giftaway.
- Where can the eGift be used?
- The beneficiary can use the eGift at the locations of the merchant you are gifting. The locations are usually all the merchant’s store locations but can sometimes be selected stores as indicated in each merchant’s page. There are also some digital/online merchants. Redemption guidelines are indicated in the merchant’s page.
- What does the beneficiary need to bring when using an eGift at the store?
- The beneficiary must provide the eGift code to the store manager or entrusted staff for validation. The store may ask the beneficiary to present a valid ID for record keeping purposes.
- Does the eGift expire?
- Most of the eGifts do not expire. However, you are advised to check the brand’s reminders and/or terms if there are any conditions for expiry.
- What if the eGift code is lost? How can it be retrieved?
- If the beneficiary lost the code, an email may be sent at support@giftaway.ph. Indicate the mobile number and/or email address to which the code was initially sent. The code will be re-sent after Giftaway’s support team has verified the mobile number and/or email address.
