Philippine National Bank (PNB) in partnership with Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX) will launch the SMEplus Loan Portal this coming August 2012. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed last July 18, 2012 at the Rigodon Ballroom of The Peninsula Hotel along with other private banks. The portal allows SMEs to upload business and financial information and their particular loan requests while lenders will be visible and open for communication.
SMEplus is an interactive platform where SMEs can communicate with partner banks for financing advice. PNB is one of the founding partners of the loan portal and will have a direct link to PNB’s website where SME members can be informed of other products and services. PNB’s drive to support SMEs through the direction and guidance of PNB Chairman Flor Tarriela, signals the bank’s commitment to provide necessary solutions to our clients’ needs.
