PNB PASKONG PANALOAN PROMO – HOME LOAN

  1. PROMO MECHANICS:

    1. The PNB Paskong PanaLoan Promo for Home Loan 2024 – 2025 (“Promo”) is available to all PNB Home Loan clients who will submit their correct and complete Home Loan application requirements from October 31, 2024, to January 31, 2025 (“Promo Period”).

    2. To qualify for the promo, the Home Loan must be approved and subsequently be booked on or before April 30, 2025 (“Booking Period”).

    3. All qualified PNB Home Loan applicants shall have the following benefits:
      1. Waived Fees of up to Php 100,000.00
      2. Low interest rate; and
      3. Hassle Free PNB Credit Card Application

    4. The following are the eligibility criteria:
      1. Open to all Home Loan purposes
      2. Loan term should be at least 5 years; and
      3. Loan amount should be at least Php 1,000,000.00

    5. Upon meeting the eligibility, documentary, and transaction requirements, PNB shall determine whether the PNB Home Loan client is entitled to the benefits of this Promo.

    6. Waived Fees are only limited to Mortgage Registration Fees, Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and Notarial Fee. The amount to be waived is depending on the approved loan amount including the other cost mentioned capped at Php 100,000.00.
      Fees beyond the maximum Waived Fee, such as, but not limited to appraisal fee, title investigation fee, handling fee, and insurance premiums are not included and shall be settled by the client.

    7. The waiver of bank fees shall be applied in this order of hierarchy:
      1st – Mortgage Registration Fee
      2nd – Documentary Stamp Tax
      3rd – Notarial Fee

    8. The following are the estimated Waived Fee Amount based on the approved Home Loan Amount:

      Php 2,000,000 to Php 2,999,999.99 Up to Php 20,000
      Php 3,000,000 to Php 3,999,999.99 Up to Php 30,000
      Php 4,000,000 to Php 4,999,999.99 Up to Php 40,000
      Php 5,000,000 to Php 5,999,999.99 Up to Php 50,000
      Php 6,000,000 to Php 6,999,999.99 Up to Php 60,000
      Php 7,000,000 to Php 7,999,999.99 Up to Php 70,000
      Php 8,000,000 to Php 8,999,999.99 Up to Php 80,000
      Php 9,000,000 to Php 9,999,999.99 Up to Php 90,000
      Php 10,000,000 and up Up to Php 100,000

    9. The Low Interest Rate shall be as follows:

      Rate Fixing Interest
      3 years 6.75% p.a.
      5 years 6.75% p.a.
      7 years 7.00% p.a.

    10. The PNB Credit Card benefit is applicable for individual loan borrowers only. In addition, either the principal or the co-borrower may be eligible for a PNB Credit Card as the principal cardholder.

    11. The PNB Home Loan Promo availed is subject to a lock-in period depending on the Rate Fixing. This means that the client shall: i) not be able to request for changes on the originally approved interest rate, rate fixing period, and other terms and conditions; ii) pay the loan amortizations on time throughout the term of the loan; and iii) not sell, mortgage, or dispose of the property mortgaged while the loan is outstanding

    12. PNB Home Loan applications qualified for the Promo will:
      1. undergo standard evaluation and approval process of PNB, subject to completion of required loan documents; and
      2. subject to credit verification and evaluation.

    13. PNB reserves the right to decline, terminate, or cancel an application for its eligibility for this Promo. PNB may or may not disclose the reason for the rejection of an application.

    14. This Promo may be availed only once, is non-transferrable, and cannot be exchanged/converted to other items.

    15. This Promo cannot be applied in conjunction with any other existing Bank promos.

    16. In case of violation of any of the above conditions regardless of the timing in relation to the term of the loan, the client shall be liable to pay the total Mortgage Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and Notarial Fee which were previously waived by PNB.

    17. PNB employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this Promo. PNB Home Loan co-borrowers shall also be disqualified from this Promo.

    18. Any dispute or issue regarding this Promo, including but not limited to eligibility or redemption, will be resolved by PNB. In such case, PNB’s decision shall be final with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

    19. Any changes to these Promo Mechanics or terms and conditions governing the offer are subject to DTI approval.

  2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. All qualified PNB Home Loan applications for the promo will undergo standard credit evaluation of PNB, subject to completion of required application documents.

    2. If PNB Home Loan is for construction purposes, the first tranche must be released on or before the end of the Home Loan Booking period to avail of the Waived Fees and Low Interest Rate. The construction shall be complete within 1 year to avail of the promo. In case of extension, the borrower shall pay for the Waived Fees.
      1. Low Interest Rate is only applicable during the duration of the construction.

    3. PNB Home Loan client authorizes PNB to hold the release of the original collateral documents, Deed of Cancellation/Release of Real Estate Mortgage, and other documents in relation to the mortgaged property until maturity/full settlement of the loan and/or until any unpaid obligation is settled.

    4. The Waived Fees and Low Interest Rate cannot be availed of separately.

    5. In case of loan pre-payment in the first three (3) years, the following shall be payable and charged to the client:
      1. Pre-payment of Processing Fee
      2. Mortgage Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and Notarial Fee previously waived by PNB

    6. The PNB Credit Card availment is optional.

    7. All PNB Credit Card applications shall undergo standard credit evaluation and shall be subject to PNB’s final approval.

    8. The Promo is non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash or be availed in conjunction with other PNB Home Loan promotion and/offers.

    9. For items not mentioned in the Promo Mechanics, standard PNB Home Loan and PNB Credit Card Terms and Conditions shall apply.

    10. Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions of this offer shall be subject to DTI approval.

    11. In case of dispute, PNB’s decision shall be deemed final in concurrence with DTI. These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government directives, and/or regulations. The promo shall be void if later on found out to be prohibited or restricted by law or government regulations.

    12. By availing the Promo, the client confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the Promo Mechanics and its Terms and Conditions.

    PNB Auto and Home Loan borrowers may submit their applications from October 31, 2024, to January 31, 2025 (“Promo Period”) and subsequently booked on or before April 30, 2025 (“Booking Period”).

  5. How do I apply for this promo?
    Applications may be via PNB Branches nationwide, PNB website, and through accredited Developers.
  6. Can I combine this promo with other offers?
    This Promo may be availed only once, is non-transferrable, and cannot be exchanged/converted to other items.
    This Promo cannot be applied in conjunction with any other existing Bank promos.
  7. Are there extra fees in this Promotion?
    Other Loan fees and charges aside from the waived fees shall be settled by the client (e.g. Processing Fee, Insurance Fee).
    In case the total Mortgage Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax, and Notarization Fee are beyond the maximum waivable amount, the borrower shall settle the excess amount.
  8. How will I know if my fees and charges are within the maximum waivable amount?
    The total covered waived fees and charges, and the excess amount to pay by the borrower (if any) is indicated in the Notice of Approval (NOA).
  9. What will happen if my approval lapsed after 90 days but I submitted my loan application documents within the Promo Period?
    We will request the client to complete their loan application documents as part of the procedures. However, only booked accounts on or before April 30, 2025, are qualified for the promo.
  10. Can I pay off my loan early without penalties?
    In case of loan pre-payment (whether full or partial), the following shall be payable and charged to the client:
    1. Pre-payment Processing Fee
    2. Mortgage Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and Notarial Fee previously waived by PNB
  11. Do I need to fill-out the PNB Credit Card Application Form if I opt to avail?
    No, the client will just need to sign the PNB Auto and Home Loan Application Form’s “PNB Credit Card” portion and affix their signature in the PNB Credit Card Terms and Conditions.
  12. What type of credit card do I receive?
    The client may receive any of the following cards below depending on bank’s assessment and evaluation:
    • PNB Ze-Lo Mastercard
    • PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles MasterCard
    • PNB Diamond UnionPay
    If with existing PNB credit card already, the client may request to upgrade/change their card or add another card variant with shared limit with their existing card via Customer Service subject to bank’s assessment and evaluation.
