At PNB, your safety and security are important to us. The PNB Singapore Mobile App has multi-factor authentication processes. Aside from requiring your nominated Username and Password, a 6-digit system-generated OTP (One-Time PIN) is sent to your registered mobile number and is required to be inputted to successfully log-in. For your protection, please do not share these details with anyone.
Your app sessions and transactions are secured via encryption to ensure confidentiality. As added security, if the app remains idle for five (5)-minutes, the user will be logged out automatically. Further, three (3) consecutive unsuccessful log-in attempts will lock the user’s access.

Yes, you can access and use the PNB Singapore Mobile App in up to three (3) different mobile devices. Should you need to change devices, you should delete the registered device within the app settings or make a request for PNB Singapore branch to do so.

The OTP is an additional security feature of the PNB Singapore mobile app. It is unique, valid for one session only and expires after 3 minutes. Yes, the OTP is free. It will not be charged to your mobile phone bill.
First, please ensure that you are using your registered mobile number with PNB Singapore. You can then click the Resend OTP button in the OTP prompt in the app screen.
An OTP expires after 3 minutes. If you enter an expired or incorrect OTP, you will not be able to proceed. You can request for a new OTP by clicking the “Resend OTP” button in the OTP prompt in the app screen. You can request for a new OTP up to three (3) times, after which you will be logged out of the app for your security.

You can send funds to your beneficiary with the following receiving options:
- Credit to PNB account or Global Filipino Card – real-time
- Credit to Other Philippine bank account (e.g. BDO, Metrobank, etc.) and E-money issuers (e.g. GCash, Paymaya) – real-time credit for Instapay, 1 to 2 banking days for non-Instapay.
- Cash Pick-Up from PNB Branch or Pay Out Partners – real-time
Your remittance funding is subject to your local Singapore bank account transaction limit and should be no more than SGD 20,000 per transaction. Note that for cash pick-up transactions, pay out partner limits apply.

Your transaction history page shows your most recent transactions in the last 2 months. For older records, you may request a remittance transaction statement by filling out the details in the request form. You will receive your statement in your nominated email address.
