PNB Singapore Mobile App named “Digital Experience of the Year”

22 November 2024 — Philippine National Bank’s (PSE: PNB) PNB Singapore Mobile App was recognized as “Digital Experience of the Year in the Philippines” during the 2024 Asian Experience Awards hosted by the Asian Business Review.

PNB International Banking and Remittance Group Head Muffet Caculitan expressed her appreciation for the award. “This recognition is a great achievement for our PNB Singapore team. Through PNB Singapore Mobile App, the bank proves its resolve to continue being a reliable financial institution that every Filipino can trust by bringing them world-class banking services anytime, anywhere.

The app allows users to seamlessly send money, pay bills, send monetary gifts, enroll beneficiaries, request for transaction information, and refer friends. Remittances coursed through the mobile app may be credited to PNB accounts, to any nominated Philippine bank (real-time), to Global Filipino Cards, and through cash pick-up.

PNB Singapore Mobile App is PNB’s response to the ever-changing digital expectations of clients and the highly dynamic business landscape. PNB is also the only Filipino bank in Singapore that allows customers to remit to beneficiaries in the Philippines using their mobile device. Fund transfer is conveniently made through debit from customers’ local Singapore bank accounts.

This is the second time for PNB to win the Digital Experience of the Year award. In 2023, PNB Digital received the recognition for offering an array of features tailored to enhance clients’ banking experience.

The Asian Experience Awards is an awards program that seeks to recognize the enterprising initiatives of companies that deliver meaningful brand experiences to their stakeholders.
