Promo period is from July 13, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 2. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers: • 10% OFF on purchases using PNB Debit/Prepaid Cards on D-coded items. • 5% OFF on purchases using PNB Credit Cards on D-coded items. III. How to Avail of Discount: 1. A qualified cardholder shall charge the entire bill to their PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card in order to avail of the promo. IV. Terms and Conditions: 1. The Promotion can only be availed in-store. 2. Store availability, or whether a specific branch is open or not, is subject to local Community Quarantine policies. 3.
