Promo Mechanics

I. Qualification:

The program is open to all PNB Credit and Debit Cardholders. Business, Corporate, and Personal Installment Cards are excluded from this promotion.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

1. Promo period is from July 15, 2024 to March 31, 2025.

2. Cardholders are entitled to get the following offers when they use their qualified PNB Credit or Debit Card:

• Valid for all PNB Credit and Debit Cardholders:

– 30% OFF on initial visit/consultation and assessment for the PNB Cardholder plus two of the cardholder’s immediate family member

– Access to all educational webinars

– Discounted rates on regular program sessions:

• Valid for PNB World Elite MC, PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World MC, PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Platinum MC, and PNB Platinum MC Cardholders only:

– FREE Dynamic Posture Screening for the PNB Cardholder plus two (2) of the cardholder’s immediate family member (cost of screening is P1,500)

– Access to all educational webinars

III. How to Avail of Discount:

1. Cardholder must inform merchant that he/she will avail of the PNB Cards Promo.

2. Cardholder must charge the entire bill to their PNB Card in order to avail of the promo.

IV. Terms and Conditions:

1. Promo is valid at the following Mabuhay Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Clinics:

a. Makati City – Room 25 2/F San Antonio Plaza Forbes Park, Mckinley Road Makati City

b. Manila – 3/F Lucky China Town Binondo, Manila

c. Cebu City – 3/F Main Mall SM City Cebu North Reclamation Area, Mabolo Cebu City

2. For promo offer/s extended to family members, the PNB Cardholder must be present during the consultation/ screening.

3. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

4. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

5. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

6. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

7. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of PNB Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
