Promo Mechanics:

I. Qualification:

This promo is open to all PNB Credit Cardholders in good credit standing. Business, Corporate,  Distribution, and Personal Installment cards are excluded from this promotion.

II. Promo Period and Offer:

1. Promo Period: July 17, 2024 to September 16, 2024.

2. Promo Offer: Swipe your PNB Credit Card at select Ayala Malls, and get a Giftaway e-voucher for a minimum single receipt of:

• Cinema – Php 2,000 for Php 100 Giftaway e-voucher

• Dining – Php 3,000 for Php 150 Giftaway e-voucher

• Retail – Php 6,000 for Php 300 Giftaway e-voucher

III. How to join the promo:

1. Cardholder must charge the total bill to his/her PNB credit card in a single-receipt transaction.

2. Transaction must be made at participating Ayala Malls.

3. Cardholder must meet the minimum spend requirement to qualify.

4. Cardholder must present transaction receipt, charge slip, one (1) valid id, and PNB Credit Card at Ayala Mall concierge.

IV. How to avail of Giftaway e-voucher:

1. Proceed to Ayala Malls concierge.

2. Scan the QR code and fill-out the required information.

3. Present the transaction receipt, charge slip, (1) one valid id, and PNB Credit Card at the concierge.

4. Ayala Malls concierge to validate details.

5. Once validated, Ayala Malls concierge will send the Giftaway e-voucher via SMS/email using “Giftaway” sender name. Presented charge slip/receipt will be stamped “Claimed” by concierge.

V. How to redeem Giftaway e-voucher:

1. Access the link from the text message received from Giftaway. You will be redirected to the eGift page where you can see your code.

2. Select a merchant. To view participating merchants, please click HERE.

3. Click the Use button to reveal the code and follow the T&C’s to redeem the eGift.

VI. Terms & Conditions:

1. By joining in this promo, Cardholder agrees to voluntarily provide their information and submit all the necessary documents such as, but not limited to transaction receipt, charge slip, valid government ID, and PNB Credit Card to validate the accuracy of the transaction.

2. Cardholder must claim their Giftaway e-voucher at the Ayala Mall concierge on the day of transaction until next day. Failure to redeem the Giftaway e-voucher at the concierge within the given period will forfeit the receipt.

3. Cardholder can redeem one e-voucher per category, per day.

4. Cardholder must claim their Giftaway e-voucher at the Ayala Mall concierge, where the transaction was made.

Example:

• Valid – Transaction made at Ayala Mall Greenbelt -> Cardholder to claim the Giftaway e-voucher at Ayala Mall Greenbelt concierge.

• Invalid – Transaction made at Ayala Malls Greenbelt -> Cardholder to claim the Giftaway e-voucher at Ayala Malls Glorietta.

5. Splitting of transaction to get multiple rewards is not allowed.

6. Ayala Malls concierge & PNB are not liable, in instance that cardholder details wereincorrect. i.e., incorrect mobile number.

7. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

8. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

9. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

10. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/ Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
