Promo Mechanics

A. Eligibility

1. The promotion is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB-issued credit cards in good credit standing except Corporate Cards.

2. To join the promotion, cardholder must use his/her PNB credit card for a minimum P5,000 single-receipt installment purchase at any branch of The SM Store.

3. 0% installment transactions using a PNB credit card in-store and through Call-To-Deliver-Service are eligible for the promotion.

4. The promotion is not applicable to Shop Now, Get Billed Later installment transactions.

B. Promotion Mechanics and Conditions

1. A minimum P5,000 single receipt 0% installment purchase at any branch of The SM Store nationwide gives the PNB cardholder a chance to instantly win P500 worth of SM Gift Pass.

2. There will be 1,280 winners of P500 worth of SM Gift Pass.

3. Promo period is from July 1 to August 31, 2021, while claiming of prize will be from July 1 until October 31, 2021.

4. Upon completing the minimum single-receipt transaction of P5,000 using a PNB credit card, SM transaction receipt will display and generate a stub indicating if the cardholder wins an instant prize or not.

6. Prize is not convertible to cash.

7. How to claim the prize:

a. For In-Store Transactions – winner must present the following documents at the Customer Service Counter – B of The SM Store where the transaction was made.

b. Branch Marketing Manager/Customer Service Manager must verify the winning transaction prior to awarding of instant prize to the cardholder:

• Winning Transaction Receipt
• Winning Credit Card Charge Slip
• Winning Stub
• Winning Credit Card
• Valid ID

c. For Call To Deliver Transactions –The SM Store Branch rider/designated driver will release/deliver the prize to the winner.

8. Winner must surrender and sign the original winning stub.

9. The winning transaction receipt and credit card charge slip should be marked/stamped “CLAIMED” upon release of instant prize.

10. PNB Cardholder can only claim his/her Prize at the same branch of The SM Store where transaction was made.

11. The SM Store and PNB will not replace lost or damage prizes caused by the PNB Cardholder (winner).

3. 0% interest is subject to bank approval and valid if the total amount is paid in full.

4. The monthly installment amount shall be posted as a regular transaction on the credit card account and shall form part of the total amount due. Should the cardholder choose to pay only a portion of the total amount due, but not less than the minimum amount due, the monthly installment shall be subject to the regular finance charges.

5. Cardholder may request to charge the full amount of the remaining unpaid principal amount subject to PNB’s approval. A processing fee of 5% of the total unpaid principal balance or Php 500, whichever is higher, shall be charged to the cardholder’s account. The unpaid principal amount plus the applicable fees will form part of the outstanding balance and subject to monthly finance charge.

6. Failure to pay any two (2) consecutive minimum amount dues shall constitute default and the total outstanding balance shall immediately become due and demandable.

7. Cardholder acknowledges his/her liability to PNB for the installment purchases and will form part of the cardholder’s obligation to PNB.

8. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral part hereof.

9. In case of dispute, PNB has the final decision upon approval of DTI.
