What are the features of OPHL?
The PNB Pangarap All Purpose Loan is a fully secured financing package offered to qualified OFW professionals currently based in Hong Kong who are employed either as expatriates or local hires. The loan may be secured either by a first mortgage on real estate properties located in Hong Kong or in the Philippines, or by deposits maintained in PNB Hong Kong and/or in PNB branches in the Philippines. The loan may be used for any legal purpose.
Am I qualified?
- Filipino Citizens holding employment pass or permanent residence status in Hong Kong.
- Hong Kong Citizens and Other Foreigners who are working in Hong Kong (restricted to condominium units).
- Foreigners married to Filipinos and who are residing in Hong Kong.
What are the requirements?
- Copy of HKID
- Copy of Passport
- Proof of billing address (latest)
- Bank Statement (latest 3 months) – where salary is credited
- Certificate of Employment (If employed)
- If with Business:
- Inland Revenue Tax Assessment (latest)
- Copies of title deeds (TCT) and other relevant documents pertaining to the property
- Statement of Account from Developer
- TransUnion Certificate/Report (latest 6 months)
- Spouse’s HKID & Passport (married)
