Walk-In
Go to any PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya sub-branch to pay. Indicate the name of the biller transaction is to be made and pay for it. A remittance transaction receipt will be issued for each successful payment.
Bank Transfer (Mizuho Bank)
Credit PNB's account in Mizuho Bank then fax or call PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya for the details of your payments. A one-time registration with PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya to be a PNB Remittance Member must be accomplished. To register, fill-out PNB's Remittance Membership form, attach a valid ID and send these documents to PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya. Once enrolled, credit money including transaction fee to PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya's regular account and then fax or call for details of payment.

Send money through registered money envelope from Japan Post Office to pay for your bills through OBPS with enclosed instructions of payment details and a valid ID to PNB Tokyo and PNB Nagoya.
