You are most welcome to visit our Tokyo Branch or Nagoya Sub-Branch (maps & directions here). For New Remitters, just fill in the Remittance Membership Registration form and submit a valid identification card plus My Number (Card or Notification Card).
If it is difficult for you to visit our offices, you may download the Remittance Membership Registration form here and mail the accomplished form together with a copy of your valid identifications (list of valid IDs for non-face-to-face here) plus My Number (Card or Notification Card).
To ensure a smooth processing of your application, please make sure that your beneficiary details are complete, your preferred PNB maintaining branch is indicated and ensure that your beneficiary has the valid identifications listed below.
Once the account is opened, you may send your next remittances through our client-friendly products, Postal Link Remittance Card via Japan Post Bank ATM or Virtual Access XT via Japanese banks.
Requirements for Account Opening (For your beneficiary in the Philippines)
- 2 Government-issued Valid IDs*
- Fully-accomplished Forms (Provide TIN and SSS/GSIS number, if applicable)
- Initial Deposit (Remittance thru PNB Japan)
*Branch may request for Proof of Billing for further validation
